What We Do

PARC develops, owns, and operates entertainment venues and provides a broad range of services for its joint venture partners or third-party owners. In joint venture projects, we partner with others to jointly develop, own, and operate properties. We also provide services to third-party owners, governmental or private entities, who retain full ownership. Our services begin at the earliest moments of need identification or project conception and conclude with full operations management. We believe parks and entertainment venues that provide wholesome family experiences contribute to healthier communities.
